For all other insurance carriers, services are provided as out-of-network or private pay. A superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is dependent on your individual insurance plan and out-of-network benefits.

EVALUATIONS

All evaluations include a comprehensive evaluation report, individualized treatment recommendations, short- and long-term goals, and communication with other professionals involved in your care, when applicable.

• Voice Evaluation: $395

• Fluency/Stuttering Evaluation: $395

TREATMENT

• Individual Speech & Language, Voice, or Fluency Treatment: $195
  30–45 minutes

OUT-OF-NETWORK & CASH-PAY SERVICES

2. Let’s Make Sure We’re a Good Fit
Once I receive your inquiry form, I’ll review your information to determine whether my services are a good match for your needs and preferences.

3. Schedule Your Evaluation
If we’re a good fit, I’ll reach out to schedule your initial evaluation and discuss next steps.

Evaluations typically last 60–120 minutes, depending on the areas of concern, your child’s individual needs, and any previous diagnoses or evaluations.

Your evaluation fee includes:

• A comprehensive evaluation of your child’s speech, language, voice, and/or fluency skills, as appropriate

• Review of relevant medical, developmental, educational, and/or therapy history

• Individualized recommendations based on evaluation findings

• A comprehensive written evaluation report

• Short- and long-term treatment goals, when therapy is recommended

• An individualized treatment plan

• Communication and coordination with other professionals involved in you or your child’s care, when applicable

Evaluation Fee: $395

Following the evaluation, we’ll review the results and discuss whether speech therapy is recommended. If therapy is a good fit, we’ll work together to develop an individualized treatment plan based on your goals, priorities, and needs.

Speech therapy is typically provided 1–2 times per week in 30–40-minute sessions, although frequency and duration may vary based on individual needs and goals.

Short- and long-term goals are collaborative and individualized to each client and their family. We’ll regularly monitor progress and adjust goals and treatment as skills develop and needs change.

Therapy continues until goals are met or you and your clinician determine that a different level of support is appropriate.
